Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Purpose

Plugins published through the HLP Plugin Hub are provided primarily for education, research methodology, academic writing, assessment, and simulated learning activities.

2. No clinical care

Medical and health-related plugins are not medical devices and do not provide patient-specific diagnosis, treatment, triage, emergency care, prescribing, or clinical documentation services. Users remain responsible for professional judgment and for following applicable institutional policies and laws.

3. Accuracy and currency

Reasonable efforts are made to promote accuracy and transparent source handling, but outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users should independently verify important academic, clinical, legal, regulatory, or other high-impact information using authoritative sources.

4. Educational content

Examples, quizzes, vignettes, and assessment items may be fictional or simulated. They should not be interpreted as descriptions of real patients unless explicitly supplied by the user under appropriate authority and handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

5. User responsibilities

6. External services

Some future plugins may connect to external services or MCP tools. Where applicable, those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Materially different data practices will be disclosed separately.

7. Availability and changes

Plugin features, availability, names, instructions, and supported workflows may change over time. A plugin may be updated, suspended, or withdrawn without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

8. OpenAI services

Use of ChatGPT and the plugin platform is also subject to OpenAI's applicable terms, policies, and product controls.

9. Contact
